Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete Warranty

Concrete Society warrants its products, when purchased new and installed by Concrete Society (or an approved installer), to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for five years from original provable date of purchase. Replacement or repair of the defective part shall be at the sole discretion of Concrete Society and shall be the sole remedy of this warranty.

Concrete Society is not responsible for any labour or installation charges, removal and/or disposal charges of existing bench tops or any other cost associated with a defective product including but not limited to any additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, flooring etc. that may be necessary to repair or replace any product covered under this warranty. Concrete Society sole responsibility is the replacement, exchange or repair of a defective product.

Concrete Society shall not be responsible or held liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages such as loss of profits or revenue, downtime cost, or costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of its product, or claims of third parties against the Client.

The warranty may be void if in the sole opinion of Concrete Society, that the product has been found to have been altered, mishandled, misused (including used in an inappropriate environment), improperly maintained, or installed in an inappropriate manner. Damage not covered under the warranty includes, but is not limited to, edge chipping, surface damage due to wear and tear, cracking or discolouration due to exposure to prolonged or sudden heat sources, aesthetic cracking, exposure to ultra violet light, chemical abuse, scratches, stains, cleaning with abrasive substances, failure due to inadequate support (including un-level cabinetry), chipping or pinholes that occur during fabrication or throughout use, and seam appearance or performance.

The warranty provided by Concrete Society does not cover the use of any of its products for any commercial purpose.

This warranty is only valid for products that have been paid in full.
